If you're looking forward to some green beer Thursday you'd better be careful -- the Norwalk Police Department is feeling lucky and they'll be out to catch anyone driving under the influence.
The department received funding from the Connecticut Department of Transportation to step up its effort to maintain order on the day traditionally reserved for celebrating. Sgt. Lisa Cotto said this means extra patrols throughout Norwalk.
Don't look for a road block, there won't be one. Just extra units out on the street.
