Norwalk Reminded To Renew Beach Passes For New Season

NORWALK, Conn. -- Norwalk residents should remember to renew their resident beach passes — last year's expired on March 31.

Norwalk residents need to remember to renew their resident/beach passes for 2016 to visit Cranbury Park and other venues throughout the city.

The passes are required for access to the beaches, Cranbury Park, Marvin School, Taylor Farm, Transfer Station, Veterans Park and the yard debris site.

If you are a city resident but your vehicle is leased or not registered in the City of Norwalk, you will need to present the documents below at the Recreation and Parks Office in City Hall, Room 129 to obtain a resident pass from the City of Norwalk.

Current vehicle registration along with one of the following:

  • Current lease or mortgage statement with a Norwalk address
  • Current tax bill or property deed

To get a new pass, visit www.norwalkct.org/residentpass or stop by City Hall. Resident Cards do not need to be renewed until July 1. For more information, please call Customer Service at (203) 854-3200.
