NORWALK, Conn. Toy sharks launched the construction of Norwalk Maritime Aquarium's new Shark & Ray Touch Pool on Monday. Officials launched battery-powered predators in the aquarium's ray pool, which a $4 million project will replace with a new shark and ray touch pool.
