New Haven Line trains will run hourly starting at noon Wednesday. Station-specific schedules are available at the Metro-North website.
Trains will leave New Haven at 46 minutes past the hour (starting at 11:46 a.m.) and will make all stops to Stamford before continuing to Harlem-125th Street and Grand Central. Trains from Stamford will leave on the hour (starting at noon) and make all stops to Grand Central.
Northbound trains will leave eight minutes past the hour from Grand Central (starting at 12:08 p.m.) to go express to Stamford and local from Stamford to New Haven. Local trains from Grand Central to Stamford leave at 34 minutes past the hour, starting at 12:34 p.m.
The limited service is caused by Wednesday’s snowy weather, which is affecting the overhead catenary wires on the New Haven Line, Metro-North said in a statement. The schedule change is in effect until further notice.
“Metro-North customers should anticipate possible delays and crowded conditions on trains today due to the impact of the winter storm on our service territory,” Metro North said in a press release.
