A man was spotted riding an electric wheelchair in the breakdown lanes of I-95 South in Fairfield on Thursday afternoon, the Connecticut Post reported.
The man, who got off the freeway at exit 24, did not get a ticket but police told him he wasn't allowed to ride a wheelchair anywhere on the interstate.
