Access Health CT, Connecticut’s official health insurance marketplace, and U.S. Rep. Jim Himes (D-4th District) will hold a free event in Stamford to address your questions.

Access Health CT and Himes will explain how you might receive financial help on health-care coverage and give guidance on enrolling.

Access Health CT also is sponsoring an enrollment fair from noon to 4 p.m., Saturday, at the Norwalk Public Library Auditorium at 1 Belden Ave. The fair allows residents the opportunity to enroll in "quality health-care coverage," according to a press release.

Residents can meet with an insurance broker or a certified helper who can help you enroll in the plan of your choice. To register, visit the Norwalk event webpage.

Access Health CT (also known as the Exchange) was created by the Connecticut Legislature in 2011 and is a quasi-public agency established to satisfy requirements of the federal Affordable Care Act. More information is available at www.AccessHealthCT.com
