With temperatures dipping 5 to 10 degrees below zero and the wind chill making it feel 15 to 20 degrees below a Wind Chill Advisory has been issued in Northern Fairfield County by the National Weather Service.
The conditions could lead to frostbite and hypothermia if proper precautions are not taken. A hat and gloves should be worn if you have to go outside.
