Flooding Risk Rises Again in Norwalk

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. — High tide brings a risk of flooding to Fairfield County's coast Tuesday night.

The National Weather Service has issued a coastal flood advisory from 11 p.m. Tuesday to 3 a.m. Wednesday.

"Widespread minor to locally moderate coastal flooding is expected along vulnerable locations during the times of high tide tonight," the Weather Service says.

Roads in low-lying areas or with poor drainage could become flooded and impassable Tuesday night, the Weather Service says.
