Richard Glica sat back in his chair and watched the traffic go by, a warm summer breeze--despite the calendar's insistence that it's still spring--blowing his long grey beard. "I love it," he said, as he puffed on his pipe. Glica enjoyed the unseasonable--even historic--warm weather that had the mercury rising toward 90 degrees in Norwalk at midday.
