Another Fight Breaks Out at Norwalk Nightclub

Norwalk police found people fighting outside a Wall Street nightclub Sunday — the second time in as many weekends.

At just after 2 a.m. Sunday, police were called to the area again. Two men were fighting on the street, police say. Ramel Louallen, 32, of Bridgeport, was arrested and charged with breach of peace and assault. Louallen was punching another man in the face, police say. Unable to break up the fight, police used a Taser on Louallen. The other man fled. Louallen was taken to the hospital for treatment after the Tasering. He also had cuts on his face.

About 20 people were fighting behind the Rhythm Bar at 1:48 a.m. Feb. 27, a brawl that resulted in the arrest of a Norwalk man and two Bridgeport women, police said.
