Have you noticed? There are signs of spring in Norwalk. It isn't just that crocuses are pushing up from the dead-looking earth people are changing their behavior, too. Over the weekend in East Norwalk, young people rode their bikes to Mr. Frosty's. They congregated and chatted happily as they ate their ice cream. Early Tuesday, a crew got to work cleaning second story windows in South Norwalk now that the weather is mild enough.
