NORWALK, CONN. -- After the snow cleared up Wednesday morning, residents of Norwalk and other Fairfield County towns began digging out their cars and dealing with unplowed roads.
Plow crews were driving all around Norwalk Wednesday to clear out many snowed-in roads.
