The West Rocks Middle School orchestra got shoppers into the holiday spirit Saturday at the Stamford Town Center Mall. Performing in the main foyer under the direction of David Durrell, the Norwalk students played holiday classics for a crowd of about 100 people and many others passing by while going about their shopping.
The orchestra's selections included "Sleigh Ride," "Holly Jolly Christmas," "Jingle Bells," "The Dreidel Song," and several other holiday favorites.
