Three prominent local farmers will tear themselves away from their fields and vegetable beds Tuesday, May 3, to talk about the local food movement and why it matters.
Join Dina Brewster of The Hickories in Ridgefield, Annie Farrell of Millstone Farm in Wilton and John Holbrook of Holbrook Farm as they discuss their varied farming practices and the local food movement from a farmers perspective. Analiese Paik of Fairfield Green Food Guide is the moderator.
The free event is being held at Norfield Grange, 12 Good Hill Road in Weston. Come for refreshments at 6:30 p.m. The discussion starts at 7:15 p.m.
