Not everybody is happy about the historic health care legislation that President Obama signed into law on Wednesday. Dr. Edward Littman has been practicing medicine for 50 years and he calls the bill (now law) "terrible". He believes the deficit will balloon as a result of the changes and that patients need to be "fiscally responsible" when it comes to obtaining health care. Dr. Littman was Chief of Nephrology Section at Norwalk Hospital for 35 years. Currently, he is Norwalk Hospital's Medical Director of Dialysis. He is also a volunteer doctor for Americares and was an Associate Clinical Professor at Yale.
