Agent Leaves No Stone Unturned

Pina Basone, a real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty, has spent the last 17 years honing the skills she needs to help a buyer find the right house — or a seller find the right buyer for their home.

"My primary focus is to help my clients get from one destination to the next," she says. "I do that by really listening to them."

With a clear understanding of what each client wants, Pina uses her knowledge of the market to research the best options in each situation. She finds Keller Williams Realty's state-of-the-art technology invaluable for creating custom in-house marketing plans. Keller Williams is the second-largest real estate firm in the United States and Canada, and its website attracts millions of users each month.

Born and reared in Stamford, Pina raised her children in New Canaan and recently moved to Rowayton with her husband of 30 years, Michael. Despite her long hours, she finds time to volunteer for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. And she was a founder and is still a committee member of the Westhill High School Scholarship Fund. She's also a justice of the peace and a notary public and is listed in the Presidential Who's Who Among Business and Professional Achievers.

Pina has collected many professional awards, including top producer, Chairman Circle of Excellence and top in customer service. She belongs to the Stamford and New Canaan real estate boards and is a member of the National Association of Realtors.

Solving problems is another of Pina Basone's strengths. And as a real estate agent in a tough market, she has had plenty of problems to solve. "Prices are still coming down," she says. "Sellers are getting anxious." But Pina says "no stone goes unturned" as she strives to do her work.
