When in doubt order out! It seemed lots of Norwalkers followed this sage advice Friday night. At Norwalk Pizza and Pasta located on East Avenue, six employees crowded behind the front counter struggling to keep pace with the stream of orders coming in.
"On a night like this we are slammed--it's Friday night, it's snowing and it's Lent," says Louis Solis, manager of the pizza shop. Many Catholics don't eat meat during Lent, the period of time before Easter.[breakhere]
