Urgent Care In Norwalk Offers Discounted Physicals For Camp, School

NORWALK, CONN. – Urgent Care of Connecticut, which has offices in Norwalk and Ridgefield, is offering discounted physical examinations, which are often required by summer camps, sports programs or as part of back-to-school rules.

Urgent Care also has offices in Brookfield, Glastonbury and Southbury.

Instead of $140, the reduced rate is just $100.  Additionally, for every physical examination performed, $30 will be donated to the child’s camp or school Parent Teacher Association.

No appointment is necessary. Parents are advised that clinics may be busier than usual on weekends during the offer.

All examination forms and paperwork will be completed at the time of the visit and will also be shared with the child’s Primary Care Physician. Parents are required to present documentation of previous immunizations and past physical forms. The offer expires Sept. 15.

All Urgent Care of Connecticut locations are open 365 days a year between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
