Chef Tim LaBant (The Schoolhouse at Cannondale) has great news for all you veggie lovers out there. He announced last week that Wednesdays in February, hell add a four course vegetarian/vegan tasting menu to his regular menu.
LaBant promises, the flavors will be exciting, surprising and youll leave feeling extremely satisfied.
