Chef Robyn Eads of Peace Tree Desserts has more sweetness up her sleeve. This time, its an afternoon of artisanal honey tasting and, according to Chef Eads, other adventurous epicurean delights.
Saturday, Nov. 12, Sport Hill Farm in Easton will provide the setting for a three-course tasting menu. Created by Chef Eads, the menu will feature items prepared with Red Bee Honey, a single source nectar honey, along with other local organic ingredients. The wines will be local, too, and carefully paired with each course.
Marina Marchese, founder of Red Bee Honey, will be on hand to guide guests through the tasting and share the buzz on beekeeping.
