Red Lulu Turns One

It doesn’t seem all that long ago that I fought my way through the throngs of eager hipsters, skirted the bright orange Lamborghini parked on the street out fron, and slipped inside Lulu’s warm, seductive embrace.

I’m talking about Red Lulu, the Norwalk hot-spot that feels like more like the set for a Tarantino flick than it does a restaurant in South Norwalk, Conn. And while Lulu is as sexy as they come, she’s also no slouch in the kitchen. This Thursday, Sept. 29, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Lulu will host a birthday bash in her honor, complete with free drinks and passed hors d’oeuvres.
