Author, nutritionist and celebrated vegan restaurateur, Joy Pierson, of Candle Cafe fame, heads to the Darien Whole Foods to share her secrets on deliciously healthful eating. From preparing wheat-free meals to learning how to balance your diet without sacrificing sweets, Joy will educate and illuminate hungry minds and bellies, Monday, Jan. 24.

This event will satisfy your sweet tooth, too, with tastings from Joy’s signature dairy-free dessert line. Highlights include her cheesecake, linzer tart and peanut butter and chocolate confections.
