Picnic on the Farm the Gourmet Way

Summer isn’t summer without a picnic or three. At noon next Wednesday, June 15, GreenGourmetToGo will host a “Picnic on the Farm” at Sport Hill Farm in Easton.

GreenGourmetToGo will bring lunch. All you have to do is bring a friend, your favorite book, or, as GreenGourmet suggests, your favorite book group. In addition to a healthy, gourmet lunch, you’ll enjoy exploring the fields and getting a sneak peek at what’s growing on the farm. Also, you’ll be able to “meet” the chickens during your barn visit, where you can also buy fresh produce, bread and other homestyle treats.
