No-Fee Cat And Dog Adoption At PAWS Courtesy Of Datto, Inc. During The Week Of April 27-May 5

If you ever thought of getting a cat or dog but the adoption fees made you stop, this is your chance. Datto, Inc., an international IT solutions provider headquartered in Norwalk, is sponsoring a week of cat and dog adoptions at PAWS (Pet Animal Welfare Society) in Norwalk in honor of employee Steven Stepleman who died suddenly last year.

With no fees for the new pet parent, Datto has a goal of giving 10 dogs and 20 cats forever homes during the week of April 27 to May 5.

Consider making your home the forever home of one of the pets below.

Shadow is a four-year-old domestic short hair who was abandoned by her owner. She is a sweet girl, albeit still a bit shy at the shelter. She loves being petted and having attention once she knows you. Shadow gets along with other nice cats but would be happy to be your one-and-only kitty as well.

Charlie, a white Japanese Chin mix, is an energetic and social six-seven-year-old neutered male. He loves long walks, playing ball, a good game of tug of war and lap time. Charlie is best-suited to an experienced adult household.

Constantinople is a friendly and easy-going five-year-old kitty who came to PAWS from a high-kill shelter in New York City. Sadly, his front paws were declawed, but he remains a cat who loves to be petted and spend time with people. Some potential health issues may need to be addressed in the future, but Constantinople would be very happy to be the one and only cat in your home.

Drizzle is an 11-month-old Black Mouth Cur mix that is ready to wiggle her way into your heart. Tentative at first, when she is comfortable with you, she loves being close and snuggling. Interested in the world around her, Drizzle enjoys playtime with other dogs. She would do well with a patient and experienced family.
