Mr. Handyman Takes the Right Steps

Jennifer Agostin knew she had to take action to get her steps fixed. “Concrete had fallen out between the bricks in several places,” she said. She also knew who to call. “I had used Mr. Handyman before and was very satisfied with their work.”

Her latest dealing with the company did nothing to lessen that opinion. “They came and repointed the concrete, and also fixed a spot on the house where a board had rotted away. And they didn’t just replace it,” the Easton homeowner continued. “They found something that was better and more rot-resistant, so I wouldn’t have the problem in the future.”

Fixing the steps and the wood required several visits, but Agostin said that’s not unusual for Mr. Handyman. “They do what it takes to do the job right,” she said. “They find out what’s wrong, then they go look at the material they need to fix it and give you an estimate before they begin.

“They’re very responsive and punctual,” she said. “They definitely know what they’re doing.”
