Lockwood-Mathews Mansion Museum In Norwalk Decks The Halls For The Holidays

NORWALK, Conn. — The Lockwood-Mathews Mansion Museum in Norwalk, one of Fairfield County's biggest tourist attractions and a seasonal favorite, is decked out for Christmas

The mansion had plenty of visitors over the weekend as it sponsored its annual open house.

Guests got to check out the mansion in its full Christmas splendor, as well as enjoy a performance from the New Canaan Dance Academy, check out the various holiday displays and even visit with Santa.

The museum is open Wednesdays through Sundays with tours at noon, 1, 2, and 3 p.m. Tours include all three exhibits: The Stairs Below, Holiday Grandeur, and Lenticular Views. It stays open through the holidays into early January.  

Ticket prices are $10 for adults, $8 for seniors, $6 for students ages 8 to 18 and free to children under 8 and members.
