Local Chef: Rui Correia's Portuguese Cooking Class

Portuguese cuisine is the perfect way to accent your summer dining. And who better to teach you how to prepare it than a Portuguese chef? Chef Rui Correia, a native of the Portuguese coastal town of Porto and executive chef at Douro in Greenwich, will host a Paelha and Sangria class next Wednesday, June 15, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Clarke Culinary Center in Norwalk.

Chef Correia will walk you through how to find the best ingredients for your Paelha, how to prepare them and share some authentically Portuguese entertaining tips.
