Burger Bar and Bistro turns four this month, and everyone is invited to celebrate. Their birthday bash, Burger Stock 10, is happening Thursday, September 9. Theyre serving up live music, free beer, and some of the most innovative burgers youll ever sink your teeth into.
Burger Bar is the only place in Norwalk where youll find gourmet gems like the Chimi Burger, topped with an Argentinean cilantro sauce, garlic and avocado, or the Ultimate Burger, piled high with a savory blend of sweet onions, gorgonzola cheese, pancetta and aged balsamic vinegar. Everything is prepared with the freshest, organic ingredients that owner and Chef Nick Biello can get his creative hands on. These are not your mamas burgers. And the disco fries, topped with warm brie and white truffle oil, will get your taste buds groove on.
If burgers arent your thing, dig into their thin crust pizzas and top them with everything from buffalo chicken to portabella mushrooms. Salads, nachos and homemade macs and cheese round out this menu, which can only be described as comfort food for foodies.
The bar and dining areas are delightfully quirky, and create a convivial atmosphere--another reason this place is always packed. The creative cocktails, cow tippers," and the inclusive beer selection are reason enough to pay a visit. It really is the perfect spot for a neighborhood party.
