Got Bubbles?

Anyone who knows me knows I’m a fan of bubbly. Sure, champagne is at the top of my fizzy list, but there are more bubbly beverages out there to be enjoyed. Friday, May 13 at 7:30 p.m., Fat Cat Pie Co. will host its May “Grower Bubbly” Dinner with Leif Sundström from Terry Theise Estate Collections and introduce you to a host of bubbling beverages.

There’s no telling what will be uncorked at this four course dinner, but I suspect it will be delicious. Rumor has it that oysters and fois gras are on the menu. All will be expertly and effervescently paired with glasses of sparkling wines you’ve likely never tasted before.
