Nicole Straight is a busy woman. Shes an award-winning chef, author, mother of two and founder of Time to Eat, where she offers cooking classes, recipes and tips to busy parents. When she isnt making television appearances on shows like Roccos Dinner Party on Bravo TV or at the White House participating in First Lady Michelle Obamas Let's Move Campaign, you can find her right here in Fairfield County.
In fact, Thursday, Sept. 8, she will be sharing two of her signature simple and healthy recipes at the Westport Farmers Market. Chef Nicole will set you straight with her seasonal peach and black bean salsa and her curried barley salad recipes.
The Westport Farmers Market is located at the Imperial Ave. parking lot, adjacent to the Westport Womens Club, and happens Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
