Its hard to believe, but Fairfield Cheese Company is turning two-years-old. In cheese years, this is a pungent anniversary, so the FCC, purveyors of artisanal and gourmet cheeses, is raising a stink in a very good way.
Saturday, April 30, from noon until 4:00 p.m., theyll host a family-friendly cheese-fest complete with balloons, face painting, grilled cheese sandwiches and cheesy deals.
Laura Downey, FCCs owner, says, While we want to celebrate our success, we also want to express our gratitude to the community. Thats why shes serving up some seriously savory grilled cheese sandwiches.
