Fall Head-Over-Heels for Over-the-Knee

Long, lean lines wind their way up legs this fall with one of the season’s hottest trends:  over-the-knee boots. They’re so sexy, I can’t even see straight.

All your favorite designers are doing it, but that’s not why you should take these boots for a stroll. Slip into some thigh-grazing leather -- like these Nero suede cashmere wedges from Bottega Veneta—and you’ll probably feel like purring.

And believe it or not, this is a highly versatile look. Choose a flat and wider-bodied boot for daytime wear. Once the sun sets, though, opt for a sleeker style -- like patent leather -- and a more dramatic heel. Go platform, even. The thigh's the limit!

This is one of those trends we wait for: fun, sexy and a little over-the-top. I say, wear it out. You’ll be back in flip-flops before you know it.
