Eat Up, It's National Taco Day

Still wondering what you’re having for dinner tonight? Today is National Taco Day, so a Mexican-themed fiesta seems an appropriate way to spice up your week night.

Bodega Taco Bar in Fairfield makes a mean El Pastor taco, stuffed with grilled chicken and topped with grilled pineapple salsa. And Port Chester’s BarTaco has one of the tastiest spicy chorizo tacos this side of the Rio Grande.
