Do You Like Green Eggs and Ham?

Would you like them in a box? Would like them with a fox? On this, the 107th anniversary of Dr. Seuss’s birth, why not get the kids to test drive the recipe from one of his most beloved books, Green Eggs and Ham.

Just add a few drops of green food coloring to your scrambled eggs and serve with a side of fried ham and a toasted English muffin. Then grab a copy of the book and read it out loud while your kids giggle in between green bites. It’ll be the silliest, most Seusstastic meal you’ve ever shared.
