Remember the Citroen? In the 60s, the sleek, low riding French car was synonymous with cool. The Citroen, which first rolled off the line in 1928, was the first mass-produced front wheel drive automobile manufactured outside the United States. Though they're not ubiquitous stateside, the Citroen is extremely popular throughout Europe.
