Chef Pietro Scotti Cooks it in the Classroom

Da Pietro’s is a Westport institution, serving up authentic Italian cuisine for almost 20 years. Executive Chef and owner Pietro Scotti, originally from Ischia, Italy, an island near Capri, has been dazzling diners since the restaurants inception, and Tuesday, April 21, you'll have the chance to learn some of his secrets on how to wow your own dinner guests, with a special three-course cooking class at the Clarke Culinary Center in Norwalk.

In only two hours Chef Scotti will walk you through a step-by-step preparation of scallops, pasta and traditional Italian cheesecake in one of the Clarke Center’s beautiful demo kitchens. Talk about buon appetito.

The event runs from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $85 per person and must be purchased in advance.

The Clarke Culinary Center is located at 64 South Main Street in Norwalk.
