Chef Brian Lewis Offers a Taste of Elm

While you’re eating your way through New Canaan’s very first Restaurant Week, make sure to stop by the Ralph Lauren store Thursday, Aug. 26, 5:00 - 9:00 pm. for a host of special treats from Chef Brian Lewis. Chef Brian, an alumn of the Culinary Institute of America, is poised to open Elm this fall. To whet your appetite, he will feature several delicious dishes during New Canaan’s Restaurant Week kick off celebration. No word on the tasting menu yet, but it’s sure to make an impression.
