The dress code is shorts, flip-flops and the loudest Hawaiian shirt you can find for the fourth annual Penfield Beach Bash in Fairfield. This year, the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce teams up with Bridgeport's Regional Business Council for the social networking event, set for Thursday, July 22, from 6 to 9 p.m.
Tickets are $40 for members and $50 for non-members, and include beer, wine and a classic picnic-style dinner on the beach patio at Penfield's Pavilion II at 401 Fairfield Beach Road.
Due to a capacity limit of 125 guests, tickets must be purchased in advance. No free passes or member promotions of any kind will be accepted, but any and all are welcome with a reservation pre-paid by July 13. For information, call (203) 255-1011.
