Norwalk Girl Scouts Offer Rock Painting As Community Service Project

NORWALK, Conn. -- The Girl Scouts of Norwalk have organized a community service project at the South Norwalk Library that will allow attendees to spend an afternoon decorating rocks.

The South Norwalk Library is hosting a Girl Scouts of Norwalk Rock Painting event from 1-3 p.m. on Sunday, May 15.

The Rock Painting event is scheduled for 1-3 p.m. Sunday, May 15 in the library's community room at 10 Washington St.

Those interested in attending the event are urged to bring rocks of various sizes, a paint brush and clothes they don't mind getting dirty. The Girl Scouts will provide the paint.
