'Evita' Opens The New Season At MTC MainStage In Norwalk

NORWALK, Conn. -- Music Theatre of Connecticut's MainStage will open the 2015-16 season with a production of Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Evita" on Friday, Oct. 16.

"We could not be more excited about opening our 29th season than with a newly reimagined production of the Andrew Lloyd Webber/Tim Rice blockbuster 'Evita,'" said Kevin Connors, co-founder and executive artistic director of MTC and director of "Evita."

Performances take place on Fridays at 8 p.m., Saturdays at 4 and 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m. through Nov. 1.
