Frontier Communications acquired AT&T Connecticut’s wireline operations in late October, making Frontier the incumbent provider of phone, internet and TV service to the state of Connecticut.
Frontier is now able to bring its cutting-edge technology and innovation to Connecticut’s residential and business consumers. Another six to eight more retail stores will be coming to Connecticut in the next eight to 10 months, bringing jobs and a local presence to the area.
Frontier purchased the entire 1.3 households of AT&T’s wirelines. The transition from AT&T to Frontier became effective in November.
