Dan Aykroyd Heads To Norwalk For Vodka Signing Event

NORWALK, Conn. – Actor Dan Aykroyd, who has added distilling to his resume, is coming to Norwalk on April 6 to sign bottles of his new super-premium vodka at Total Wine & More on Main Avenue.

Aykroyd, best known for a string of hit movies such as "Ghostbusters" and "Trading Places" and iconic characterizations on "Saturday Night Live," recently created Crystal Head Vodka, which is made with water from a deep aquifer in Newfoundland in his native Canada.

The vodka is made with selected grains for a “creamy and slightly sweet finish” and is also filtered through Herkimer diamonds, which are believed to infuse the vodka with positive energy and goodwill, according to New Age teachings.

Aykroyd will be at Total Wine & More, 380 Main Ave., Norwalk, from 1 to 3 p.m. April 6.
