Well, that's a huge understatement. They are, in fact, enormous, said manager Corey Saager.
"They are about 8 inches long. One of my favorite parts of the day is when I bring one out to the table and see the expression of shock and laughter on the customer's face," he said, chuckling.
"Only about one person out of 10 can eat it by themselves. As soon as they see it, they say they won't be able to eat it all."
The burrito comes with beef, chicken or pork — take your pick.
"We cook it overnight for a total of 13 hours. We pull it apart the following morning. The seasoning soaks in the flavor. It's very moist. We then put it in the oven to get the crunchy taste," Saagar said.
Aside from burritos, the 3-year-old restaurant sells tacos, empanadas, tamales, quesadillas and more.
Desserts include tres leches, an angel food cake with three types of milk, a whipped creme topping, and strawberries and blueberries.
The business also sells meat — along with all the other ingredients in each dish — for customers to take home and make to host their own taco party.
Taco Tuesdays are starting in April, which are a special dish that comes with a margarita.
