CT Man Suspected Of Indecent Exposure Tased At Mall While Fleeing, Police Say A Connecticut man who was hit with a stun gun at a mall to keep him from fleeing from officers has been arrested after allegedly exposing himself at a nearby bus stop. The Hartford County incident took place in in Manchester around 4:15 p.m., Tuesday, April 12. Joseph Murrell, age 53, of Hartford, was arrested after police responded to a bus stop on Slater Street for an indecent exposure complaint, said Lt. Ryan Shea of the Manchester Police.
