Yonkers Gets Grant For Healthy Marriages Program YONKERS, N.Y. -- The federal government has issued a $10 million grant to Yonkers to promote a healthy marriage program, according to a report in lohud.com.  The five-year program is designed to target nearly 500 young adults and at-risk youths in Yonkers, Greenburgh, Mount Vernon, New Rochelle and Tuckahoe, lohud reported.  The aim of the program is to "improve financial stability, parenting skills, conflict resolution and career ambition," according to lohud. Putnam Sheriff Asks For Public's Help In Finding Suspect CARMEL, N.Y. -- The Putnam County Sheriff's Department is looking for the public's help in locating a woman who is wanted on charges of possession of a controlled substance.  Christina E. Padian, 35, failed to appear for a scheduled court hearing in October in Carmel Town Court. She had been charged with two counts of seventh-degree crinimal possession of a controlled substance.  Police report that Padian’s last known location was Carmel.
