Pound Ridge Police received the call of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Sherwood Rd in Pound Ridge on Wednesday, Dec. 26. Responding Pound Ridge Officers located the vehicle on Upper Shad Road in Pound Ridge. Rabies Confirmed In Kitten Captured In Pound Ridge A small kitten which was captured late last week by police in Northern Westchester has tested positive for rabies. Health Department officials confirmed Thursday that the animal tested positive for rabies.
