Judge To Fotis Dulos: Charge Your GPS Monitoring Device Or Pay Higher Bond Fotis Dulos, the estranged husband of missing mom of five Jennifer Farber Dulos, was ordered by a judge to properly charge his GPS tracking device or pay a higher bond. Dulos appeared before Judge John Blawie on Monday, Sept. 23 after probation officials noticed the system’s power dipped below 25 percent on at least four occasions in the last month. His attorney, Norm Pattis said the monitoring is not even needed or required because Dulos is not charged with a violent crime.
