Man With Active Warrant Issued In Ridgefield Taken Into Custody In Wilton
A man with a warrant out for his arrest is in police custody after allegedly violating his probation. Officers from the Wilton Police Department were dispatched to an EMS call on Linden Tree Road shortly before midnight on Nov. 9. Upon arrival, they were met by Wilton resident Ryan Kennedy, who had an outstanding PRAWN warrant that had been issued by the Ridgefield Police Department. Man Sentenced For Stealing Credit Card Info Of CT Residents To Charge $64K In Purchases
A 28-year-old man who racked up almost 64,000 in charges on credit cards obtained through identity theft has been sentenced to two-and-half years in prison. Elijah Chin of Federal Wave in the state of Washington was sentenced Tuesday in Hartford to 30 months of imprisonment, followed by two years of supervised release, for fraud and identity theft offenses stemming from a credit card fraud scheme, said John H. With services scheduled for Ridgefield Police Chief John Roche on Friday, there will be road closures and delays for the funeral procession as it travels through town.
