Boil Water Notice In Effect After Pressure Restored To One-Third Of Danbury A boil water notice is in effect for all Danbury water customers until further notice following a large water main break that left one-third of the city without water, according to city officials.The problem began Monday and grew in scope early Tuesday when a 16-inch water line broke underneath Tamarack Avenue and Hayestown avenues broke. Special parts had to be handmade in Buffalo to make the repair to the pipe that was causing problems with pressure and for some, no water from Danbury Hospital to local schools which were closed due to brown water.  The city's Public Works Director flew to…
