Norwalk Judicial Marshal Financially Victimized Disabled Woman While In Office, Police Say A State of Connecticut Judicial Marshal assigned to the Norwalk Court House has surrendered to police after being accused of financial victimizing a developmentally disabled person. Tammy Lynn Dilorio, 37, of Stratford, was charged on Friday, Nov. 16 with first- and third-degree larceny and second-degree forgery. The victim, who had fallen behind on rent payments of about $4,780, is described as a 55-year-old woman with the mental capacity of a 12-year-old who lived alone in a Norwalk apartment at the time of the alleged offenses by Dilorio, who worked as an aide to the woman…
